Barnes high performance small 1/3 HP pumps for use in those 'though' applications. Equipped with open impeller featuring pump out vanes in the back and an all Cast Iron construction. The motor is single-phase 115 volts or 230 volts with built in motor protection. Suitable for 160° (70° C) liquids temperature.
From 1/2 HP to 1 HP heavy duty oil filled motors. All Cast Iron construction, standard 20' power cord. Motors are available in single and three phase configurations and for all voltage ranges. Discharges are 2" and 3" vertical, with interchangeable bolted flange the pump casing.
Available from our stock in sizes from 1½ HP to 5 HP and 3" vertical threaded discharge. 2½" spherical solids handling, heavy duty oil filled 1750 RPM motors in all 3 phase voltages. These pumps are an excellent heavy duty economical choice for medium pumping capacities and pumping heads.
These Barnes grinder pumps are available up to 7.5 HP. Equipped with an extremely efficient cutting device, they turn raw sewage into a pulp ready to be pumped into regular or pressure sewage systems. Discharge outlets are small (from 1 ¼" to 2") since all solids are ground up before entering the impeller chamber. Available in single phase (with special controller) and all 3 phase voltages.
